I've spent a lot of years observing, talking to people, reading and having my own experiences on the process of attaining financial independence.
As in all Quests, there are a lot of pitfalls along the way. Blind alleys. One way streets. Dragons and evil wizards too.
The smart person learns from experience. The wise person learns from other people's experiences.
